July 6

Aaron Neyer was arrested on a Colorado State Patrol warrant for failure to appear at the Delta County Jail when he turned himself in on this date.

James Dupree, 38, was arrested on a Delta County warrant for criminal mischief at the Delta County Jail this date.

Tairrin Whetstone, 21, was arrested by a jail detentions officer on an outstanding warrant and placed in the jail.

Steven Winkler, 27, was arrested on an outstanding Delta County warrant and booked in the jail.

DCSO responded to a report of trespass in the 18000 block of G Road, Delta.

July 7

DCSO responded to a report of theft of a go-cart in the 18000 block of F Road, Delta.

Lea Trickel, 31, was arrested on an outstanding warrant and booked in the jail.

Joshua Wilcox, 31, was arrested on a bail bond violation by a court security officer and placed in the jail.

David Gonzalez-Mendicta, 39, was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant and placed in the jail.

Cynthia Moorman, 59, was arrested on charges of domestic violence that occurred on Surface Creek Road, Cedaredge.

Tiffany Schwinn was arrested on a valid Mesa County warrant during a pedestrian contact. She was booked in the Delta County Jail.

James Dupree, 38, was arrested on an outstanding DCSO warrant and taken into custody by deputies without incident. He was booked in the jail.

DCSO responded to a report of burglary in the 27000 block of Cactus Park Road, Cedaredge.

July 8

Michael Ball, 43, was arrested after an investigation into a report of a protection order violation. Ball was placed in the jail, where he will remain confined until he is seen by a judge.

Charles Elliot, 55, was arrested during a look into a report of domestic violence assault in the 20000 block of Highway 65, Cedaredge. He was placed in the jail on charges of third degree assault as an act of domestic violence and a protection order violation.

A deputy responded to a report of a possible sexual offense. This incident is active and under investigation.

July 9

Cecilia Johnson was arrested on a Delta County warrant for fraud in Denver when the Larimer County Sheriff’s Office brought her on this date.

DCSO responded to a homeless man, James De Bourgh, 67, who was shirtless and pacing around and talking to himself in front of the Delta County Courthouse. Further investigation.

Glen Franklin Hughes, 54, was arrested on three outstanding warrants at the Cory Store.

Glen Franklin Hughes, 54, was arrested on possession of illegal narcotics/controlled substances during a contact at the Cory Store.

Lonny Hilbers, 45, was arrested on an outstanding warrant, as well as for drug and weapons charges. Hilbers was booked into the Delta County Jail without incident.

July 10

A deputy was advised of a theft in the 10000 block of Penny Park Circle (Storage for Pennies), Hotchkiss.

July 11

During an investigation into trespassing in the 13000 block of G Road, Justin River, 41, was contacted and removed from the property.

Caleb Lampton, 45, was issued a citation for burning trash during stage one fire restrictions.

Joshua Wilcox and Michael Miller received summons for shoplifting at the Maverik gas station.

An officer responded to Days Inn for a report of theft.

An officer responded to Walmart twice on this date on reports of possible shoplifting.

Dillon Reed was arrested and transported to Delta County Jail on a Delta County warrant after being contacted at Safeway.

Amber Elsey was arrested on charges of a protection order violation and transported to the Delta County Jail after a traffic stop in the 200 block of Stafford Lane, Delta.

July 6

An officer responded to Lilly and Rose for a report of criminal mischief.

An officer took a lobby report of a burglary that occurred in the 400 block of Silver Street.

An officer responded to Walmart for a report of a suspicious person.

An officer responded to the 500 block of Grand Boulevard on a report of two found dogs. The dogs were transported to Roice-Hurst Humane Society animal shelter.

Wendell Harmon was arrested on several warrants and transported to Delta County Jail after he was contacted in the 7100 block of Highway 50.

July 7

Tonya Pacheco was arrested for outstanding warrants and transported to the Delta County Jail after being contacted at the Alta Vista Apartments.

An officer received a report of a possible cold sex assault.

An officer responded to the 1400 block of East Third St. on a report of a female running naked. The female was transported to the Delta County Memorial Hospital.

An officer responded to Walmart for a hit and run traffic accident.

An officer responded to Mocady Car Wash for a report of theft.

An officer responded to the 800 block of Palmer for a report of burglary.

July 8

Gina Sander was issued a summons for fictitious license plates and owner operated uninsured vehicle.

James Golden was also arrested on charges of obstruction, resisting arrest and driving vehicle with expired license plates and transported to the Delta County Jail.

An officer-observed suspicious activity with a vehicle located at the former Hoolies Place.

Gerald Kline was issued a summons for driving with license revoked.

Tabatha Arnold was issued a summons for failure to yield right of way at stop sign and driving with license denied at the intersection of Crawford Avenue and Highway 92 after a two-vehicle accident.

Michael Chapman was arrested and charged with menacing and violation of a protection order and transported to the Delta County Jail after an incident at Walmart.

July 9

An officer received a report regarding a vehicle theft.

An officer received a phone call in regards to a theft.

An officer responded to T&J Cycles for a report of a possible fraud.

An officer responded to the 400 block of Main Street for a report of auto theft.

Melva Brandt-Pacheco was issued a summons for driving with license expired and no proof of insurance.

July 10

An officer received a report of a possible violation of a protection order.

An officer received a report of a suspicious vehicle located in the 1300 block of H-25 Road. The vehicle was found to be stolen and the incident is under investigation.

Michael Chapman was arrested on a protection order violation and transported to the Delta County Jail.

Taylor Johnson was issued a summons for theft after an officer looked into a report of shoplifting at Walmart.

Eric Johnston was arrested in the 1600 block of East Third St. for domestic violence, assault in the third degree, refusal to leave premises, obstruction, second degree criminal tampering and a warrant out of Montrose County. He was transported to the Delta County Jail.
