Delta County Sheriff Department
Deputies responded to the 100 block of A Street, Crawford for a cold burglary report.
Delta County Sheriff’s Office responded to the 9600 block of Highway 65 for a report of a broken car windshield and tire spin marks in the driveway which could have been related to the damage.
William Fry, 24, fugitive from justice, was arrested in the 200 block of East Orchard Street, Hotchkiss.
Duane Harris was issued a summons for theft after being caught bearing a vehicle with stolen license plates.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office arrested Daniel Biszant, 35, on an outstanding felony warrant out of the Gunnison County Sheriff’s Office. Bizsant was taken into custody and transported to the Delta County Jail to await extradition to Gunnison County.
A deputy responded to a report of theft in the 22000 block of Canal Street, Austin, taking a report of an estimated $72 of stolen property.
Deputies received found property from the 400 block of 1825 Road, Delta. It was reported an empty guitar case, dish rack and a bag of personal belongings were found in sagebrush near the roadway. This property was placed into evidence for safekeeping.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Olathe Police Department with an active domestic violence incident.
Tasha Whitescarver was arrested for first degree assault. Whitescarver also had a warrant for her arrest for auto theft.
A deputy arrested Kimbralea Ruth Freeman on a Delta County warrant for failure to appear at the Delta County Detention Facility this date. Bond is $1,500.
Deputies contacted a vehicle bearing stolen license plates in the 600 block of Highway 50, Delta. Delta PD responded and seized the license plates. The suspect in this case is Donny Rule.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of criminal mischief in the 9600 block of Highway 65, Austin. There are no leads or suspects for this incident at this time.
Miles Mahan, 22, was arrested on a warrant out of Montrose County. Mahan was transferred to the county line and handed over to the Montrose Police Department.
Zachary Pfister, 31, and Lindsay Moody, 28, were issued summons for trespassing after they ignored prior warnings and signs posted by the property owners.
Deputies were contacted about a theft that occurred in the 20000 block of Vista Grande Drive, Austin.
