The Delta County Sheriff’s Office took a report of criminal mischief in the 19000 block of Pinon Drive, Cedaredge.
A deputy took a call about a suspicious incident in the 24000 block of Ute Trail Road, Cedaredge.
Deputies responded to the 14000 block of G Road, Delta for a reported disturbance. Deputies investigated the incident and Dylan Wilding, 28, was issued a misdemeanor summons for assault in the third degree.
A deputy took a criminal mischief report of a damaged mailbox in the 4800 block of Peach Valley Road, Delta.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office responded to an active disturbance in the 13000 block of Highway 65, Eckert. Deputies responded to three separate 911 calls stating that there was an active disturbance involving a motor vehicle and several parties. Upon investigation, Daniel Bizsant was taken into custody for a total of five criminal charges and booked into the Delta County Jail.
Deputies responded to the 18000 block of Coyote Run Road, Cedaredge for a reported burglary. This incident remains active.
An incident of fraud was reported in the 29000 block of Stingley Gulch Road, Hotchkiss.
A deputy arrested Kaysha Breann Devlin on a Delta County warrants for failure to appear and traffic offenses at the Delta County Detention Facility on this date. Bonds are a total of $7,500.
Sarah Bizer was taken into custody for domestic violence in the 29000 block of L Road, Hotchkiss.
Deputies were dispatched to the 16000 block of B Road, Delta for a theft report.
Trevor Franks, 29, was placed into custody for suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol after failing to negotiate a right hand curve and leaving the roadway, resulting in a crash.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a disturbance in the 20000 block of R Road, Delta. It was reported that there had been a fight among several people and that alcohol was involved.
Deputies took a report of a damaged mailbox at B50 Road and 2100 Road, Delta. There are no suspects, but the damage is believed to have been done intentionally.
Clarification: The first July 4 entry of the sheriff's blotter was corrected to show that Trevor Franks was placed into custody as opposed to the person who was previously listed. This mistake was due to a witness of the crime being accidentally cited by a deputy as the suspect in the DCSO blotter.
