Sept. 1

Sandra Martin, 20, was arrested on a Delta County warrant at the Montrose County line. She was transported to the Delta County Jail.

A deputy responded to the 6000 block of Graff Road for a report of trespass. The deputy was unable to contact a male and female suspect seen on the premises.

Ruth Ellis was arrested on a Delta County warrant for failure to appear at the Delta County Jail when she turned herself in.

James Reed, 56, was arrested on an active warrant during investigation of a trespassing incident. It was discovered as well that Reed had a small amount of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia on his person. Reed was also issued a summons for second degree criminal trespass.

Maria Perez-Vaca, 44, was arrested for harassment and domestic violence in the 20000 block of F Road, Delta.

Sept. 2

Johnathan Lopez, 33, was arrested for three outstanding warrants.

Donni Morton, 39, was arrested for a valid warrant during an investigation of a reported trespass incident in a vacant area in Delta known as the “onion sheds.”

Jesse McAfee, 37, was arrested for four active warrants.

Richard Garduno, 53, was arrested for three valid warrants.

Sept. 3

Annette Baker, 60, was arrested for an outstanding warrant. While being booked at the Delta County Jail, illegal narcotics were discovered concealed in Baker’s clothing. She received additional drug charges.

Lindsay Flebbe was arrested on a Delta County warrant for failure to appear at the Delta County Sheriff’s Office.

Jessica O’Neal was arrested on multiple charges during an investigation of a suspicious vehicle in the Trap Club Road area near Fairview Road, Delta.

Sept. 4

Victor Arias-Sanchez was arrested for two outstanding Delta County warrants for domestic violence.

Sept. 5

Anthony Heneha, 28, was arrested for outstanding warrants and issued a summons after suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia was found in his pockets.

Sept. 6

Eric Malinowski, 36, a wanted fugitive, was arrested on multiple warrants after having been found under a bed in a residence in the 1100 block of E Fifth Street, Delta. He was taken into custody and charged with obstruction and harassment.

A deputy took a report of theft from a storage unit at L.S. Storage in Delta.

Sept. 7

Teresa Morris, 30, was arrested on an active warrant and taken into custody without incident.

Juan Ponce, 39, was arrested for trespassing.

Kyle McCarty, 23, was arrested for domestic violence, third degree assault and unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

The Delta County Sheriff’s Office took a report of a suspicious van near the address of 1600 block of E Road, Delta. The reporting party said several times in a day, a suspicious white van and a suspicious black sedan drives by and stops in front of the address and on the opposite side of the roadway. The reporting party said suspicious people will stop and exit the two vehicles and walk around the area. Upon arrival the suspicious white van and black sedan was unable to be located. Extra patrol will be provided near the address.

Sept. 8

Deputies took a report of theft of several items exceeding the total cost of $8,000 in the 3700 block of Highway 348, Delta.
