An officer responded to Lions Club Pavilion for the report of a possible disturbance. As a result, David Greer was issued a trespass notification.

An officer responded to the North Delta Bridge approximately 200 yards north of the intersection of Confluence Drive and Highway 50 for a report of a wanted person. As a result, Carlee Winegardner was arrested on multiple warrants and transported to Delta County Jail.

An officer contacted a male party regarding two dogs he found roaming in the 700 block of Dodge Street. The dogs were placed at Roice-Hurst Humane Society.

An officer responded to the 900 block of East Sixth Street for the report of a dog bite.

An officer responded to the Confluence Lake parking lot for a report of an abandoned vehicle parked at the boat dock.

An officer received a report of a found dog. The dog was transported to Roice-Hurst Humane Society.

An officer conducted a traffic stop of a vehicle displaying fictitious license plates near the intersection of West Seventh Street and Grand Avenue. As a result, Shelby Walker was arrested on charges of protection order violation, DUI, fictitious plates, driving without valid license and owner operated uninsured vehicle she was transported to Delta County Jail.

An officer was dispatched to the 1600 block of East Third Street for a report of a male party inside a residence. As a result, Raymond Herrera was arrested on charges of 2nd degree burglary and theft. He was transported to Delta County Jail.

An officer conducted a traffic stop in the 1500 block of H38 Road. As a result, William Fox was arrested on charges of motor vehicle theft and transported to Delta County Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to the 900 block of Highway 92, Hotchkiss for a report of trespass in progress.

Dante Slim was arrested on a Delta County warrant for failure to comply at the Delta County Jail this date.

Gerald Kline, 24, was arrested by a court security officer on a Delta County warrant. He was booked in the jail.

DCSO is actively investigating a harassment case in Crawford.

Dodean Taylor, 20, was arrested on an outstanding failure to appear warrant and placed in the jail.

DCSO took a possible fraud report in Hotchkiss.

Dillon Kaslon, 25, was taken into custody and transported to the jail for booking on one warrant.

Rose Pomroy, 52, was placed under arrest on two active Delta County warrants.

Lexis Miller was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at the Delta County Sheriff’s Office on this date.

Sept. 16

DCSO observed Kyle McCarty, 25, driving even though his driving privileges had been revoked due to him being a habitual traffic offender.

Thomas McGraw, 35, was arrested on a warrant from a prior report. He was booked in the jail.

Deputies located Leighanne Pate, fugitive from justice, during a traffic stop by the Apple Barrel gas station in Eckert.

Jered Pierce, 25, was arrested on one warrant and placed in the jail.

John Harsanyi, 52, was arrested for eluding the Cedaredge Police Department during an attempted traffic stop.

Bobby Harper, 37, was arrested for an outstanding warrant and booked in the jail.

Ruth Ellis, 43, a wanted person, was located at Salvation Army in Delta and taken into custody on two warrants.

Sept. 17

Tryllen Richards, 40, was arrested on a Delta County warrant for failure to appear at the Delta County Jail this date.

DCSO took a report of an alleged child abuse incident in the 13000 block of Highway 65, Eckert.

Hla Myint, 21, was arrested on a court ordered MIT for failure to comply charge at the Delta County Courthouse.

Ashley Groda, 33, was taken into custody on three warrants and transported to the jail.

A summons was issued for a vehicle and boat being burned on private property in the 24000 block of Highway 92 and Payne Siding Road, Austin.

Sept. 18

Lindsay Moody, 30, a fugitive from justice, was arrested at the Maverik fuel station in the 100 block of Highway 92.

Johnny Moore, 45, was arrested and booked into the Delta County Jail and charged with harassment as an act of domestic violence.

Sept. 19

Deputies were dispatched to Highway 133 between Paonia and Hotchkiss for multiple reports of speeders driving carelessly.
