0504 hours An officer responded to Tractor Supply for a report of a possible theft.

0546 hours An officer responded to J&J Stereo for a possible burglary.

0907 hours An officer responded to the 1000 block of East 9th Street for the report of an unconscious male with a dislocated shoulder. After further investigation, it appeared that the male had overdosed on Fentanyl. The male was transported to Delta Health by another party.

0924 hours The school resource officer responded to the 900 block of Palmer Street for a welfare check.

1052 hours An officer responded to Delta Fire Department for a report of theft.

1223 hours School Resource officer responded to Delta High School for a report of a possible overdose.

1557 hours An officer responded to Ace Hardware for a report of theft.

1640 hours An officer responded to the 1100 block of Bluff Street for suspicious activity reported.

1848 hours An officer responded to the 600 block of Silver Street to contact a juvenile male that was said to be possibly suicidal.

2356 hours An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of East 19th and 1600 Road. As a result, Andrew Poe was issued a summons for driving while revoked and displaying fictitious license plates.

0218 hours An officer responded to the 100 block of Grand Avenue for a suspicious incident involving a puppy. As a result, Kyra Bowers was arrested on a Delta County warrant and transported to Delta County Jail without incident.

0314 hours An officer received a call from Delta Health for a report of possible at-risk-adult neglect.

0509 hours An officer responded to McDonald’s for a report of a frantic female who said that her dog had been stolen.

1127 hours An officer responded to the Delta Police Department for the report of a found check in the parking lot of Delta Middle School.

1250 hours Animal Control officer received a call from Roice-Hurst Humane Society for a report of a dog running at large in the 700 block of A Street.

2109 hours An officer responded to Delta Elks for a report of a disturbance.

Oct. 3

0055 hours An officer contacted a female at Four Seasons River Inn & RV Park. As a result, Lindsay Moody was arrested on a Delta Municipal Court warrant and transported to Delta County Jail.

0534 hours An officer contacted Eric Gallegos at City Market for a moving violation. As a result, Eric Gallegos was arrested on a warrant out of Garfield County and transported to Delta County Jail.

1255 hours Animal Control responded to Roice-Hurst Humane Society for a found dog.

1324 hours An officer responded to the 700 block of 1575 Road for the report of a possible harassment.

1534 hours An officer was informed by Delta County Communications Center of a report of a conflict between two parties in the alley way at 440 Main Street.

1754 hours An officer responded to Tractor Supply for a report of a shoplifting. The female was seen on video footage exiting the front doors of the store. The anti-theft machine alarm activated. The female was seen running behind the store.

2159 hours An officer attempted to contact a wanted person in the 1400 block of Bluff Street.

2215 hours An officer responded to the area of Highway 50 and Pioneer Road to assist with traffic stop. After further investigation, Lloyd Lambert was arrested on charges of possession of an illegal weapon, protection order violation, possession of a schedule two substance and introduction of contraband (first degree). Amber Hartman was arrested on charges of protection order violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and four warrants. Travis Overmoe was issued a summons for failure to drive in a single lane and possession of drug paraphernalia. Lloyd Lambert and Amber Hartman were transported to Delta County Jail.

2228 hours An officer responded to the 200 block of Eaton Avenue for a suspicious incident.

Oct. 4

1309 hours An officer responded to the 600 Meeker Street for the report of a possible theft of medication.

1448 hours An officer responded to a possible burglary in the 100 block of Grand Avenue.

1651 hours An officer responded to Alta Vista De La Montana a report of possible disturbance. As a result, Mishael Gasca-Reyes was arrested on two valid warrants and transported to Delta County Jail.

1730 hours An officer responded to the 1000 block of East 5th Street for a report of found property.

1835 hours An officer received a report of multiple parties going through trash cans at Salvation Army. As a result, Bobby Harper was arrested on an active warrant and transported to Delta County Jail.

1901 hours An officer was on patrol at the approximate location of West 4th Street and Dodge Street and contacted a wanted person. Kimbralea Freeman was arrested on two warrants and transported to Delta County Jail.

1925 hours An officer received a report of a theft that occurred in the 700 block of Howard Street.

2100 hours An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of West 1st Street and Palmer Street. Ely McLaughlin was issued a summons for fictitious plates and failure to present evidence of insurance.

0818 hours An officer responded to a call for theft from a vehicle that occurred at 121 West Gunnison River Drive.

0939 hours Animal Control responded to Roice-Hurst Humane Society for a found dog.

1030 hours Animal Control officer responded to the 200 block of Grand Avenue for a found dog.

1110 hours An officer received a call for a welfare check of a female. The female has been entered into the National Crime Information Center and the Colorado Information Center as a missing person.

1255 hours An officer received a report of a possible juvenile sex assault.

1412 hours An officer responded to the front lobby of the Delta Police Department to take a report of a possible criminal mischief that occurred in the 1500 block of Highway 50.

1753 hours An officer received a call of possible child abuse.

2103 hours An officer responded to the 1200 block of Bluff Street for a juvenile problem.

2237 hours An officer responded to Walmart for a report of a disturbance. After further investigation, Breanna Turner was issued a summons for charges of destruction of property.

2333 hours An officer responded to the 600 block of Palmer on a possible wanted person in the area. Jessyca Scanlion was arrested on a warrants out of Delta County and transported to Delta County Jail.

0948 hours An officer responded to City Market for a private property accident.

2022 hours An officer responded to El Tapatio for a female who ate and refused to pay for services. As a result, Alicia Trujillo was issued a summons for charges of theft.

2119 hours An officer responded to Safeway on a report of possible shoplifting. As a result, Cara Cawthon was issued a summons for charges of possession of controlled substance and theft. Jarryd Ayers was issued a summons for theft and arrested on a warrant and transported to Delta County Jail.

2219 hours An officer responded to Walmart on a report of a wanted person. Jenna Herbert was arrested on two active warrants and transported to Delta County Jail.

0100 hours An officer made contact with Alicia Trujillo in her vehicle in the 200 block of Highway 92. As a result, Alicia was issued a summons for charges of unlawful possession of a controlled substance.

0822 hours An officer provided an agency assist on a Safe-2-Tell report.

0900 hours An officer responded to the 400 block of Silver Street for a female having mental health issues.

1120 hours An officer responded to the 200 block of Grand Avenue and East 3rd Street for a traffic accident.

1428 hours An officer responded to the 800 block of B Street on a suspicious incident.

1536 hours An officer took a report of cold domestic violence incident.

1610 hours School Resource officer responded to Delta High School for a report of a disorderly incident.

1927 hours An officer conducted a traffic stop at 1525 Road and Highway 50. As a result, Andrew Tibbittes was arrested on an active warrant out of Texas and transported to Delta County Jail.

1044 hours An officer responded to the 200 block of Eaton Avenue for a citizen assist.

1431 hours The school resource officer responded to Delta High School for a report of a suspicious incident.

1537 hours An officer responded to Ace Hardware for the report of a possible shoplifting.

1611 hours An officer responded to the 1100 block of Bluff Street for the report of a disturbance.

0912 hours An officer responded to Alta Vista De La Montana for the report of a possible protection order violation. As a result, Mishael Gasca-Reyes was arrested on charges of violation of a protection order and violation of bail bond conditions. He was transported to Delta County Jail.

1031 hours An officer received a report of theft from a vehicle that occurred at Delta Health.

1111 hours An officer responded to Bank of Colorado for the report of a possible fraud.

1727 hours An officer responded to the 900 block of Crawford Avenue for a welfare check of a female making concerning statements.

1730 hours An officer responded to 101 Highway 92 on a report of a male trespassing. After further investigation, Jerdon Brown was issued a summons for trespass.

Oct. 10

0218 hours An officer conducted a traffic stop near the intersection of Highway 92 and Heinz Street. As a result, Quinton Miller was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and speeding.

0800 hours An officer responded to the 1500 block of F Lane for the report of a dog bite.

1722 hours An officer was dispatched to the 200 block of Palmer Street for a suspicious incident involving a vehicle.

2318 hours An officer conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Riley and 3rd Street. As a result, Michelle Mansker was issued a summons on charges of possession of a control substance.

2324 hours An officer responded to the 1000 block of Bluff Street for a report of a disturbance.

0306 hours Charles Elliott, 56, was arrested for violation of a protection order.

1055 hours Paul Wright, 56, was issued a summons for trespass after entering property from which he had been evicted.

Sept. 28

0717 hours Jacob Musslewhite, 47, was taken into custody from Bull Mesa Road, Cedaredge after deputies investigated a suspicious incident.

1006 hours Brittney Barbee was arrested at the Montrose County Jail on three Delta County warrants for failure to appear on this date.

1218 hours David Ortiz, 44, was taken into custody and transported to the Delta County Jail for booking on one warrant.

1455 hours Tyler Naranjo was arrested on a Delta County warrant for failure to comply at the Delta County Jail this date.

1505 hours DCSO addressed an animal control complaint in the 9000 block of Highway 65, Austin.

1639 hours Clayton Schellerup, 33, and Brett Kassels, 40, were both issued summonses for third degree assault after an incident in the 42000 block of D Road, Crawford.

Sept. 29

0838 hours Dylan Tucker, 29, was arrested by a court security deputy for an outstanding warrant.

1646 hours Erica Tuck was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear at the Delta County Sheriff’s Office this date.

1910 hours Aarron Fresquez, 34, was arrested on an outstanding Delta Police Department warrant in the 9000 block of 1995 Road, Austin.

1855 hours Cameron Woods, 33, was taken into custody by Colorado State Patrol.

2234 hours Deputies were dispatched to the 12000 block of Rimrock Road, Hotchkiss for a report of harassment.
