According to a press release by the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT) which was received on Thursday, a U.S. Highway 50 settlement repair project will begin on U.S. Highway 50 at mile point 47.6 and will continue for more than 16 miles to mile point 64.5 near Delta.

During this project, motorists should plan for an intermittent single lane closure in that range from 7 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday-Friday. There will be a 14 foot width restriction during hours of operation.

Work will consist of paving operations, according to the press release, and drivers are asked to obey all speed limit reductions and construction road signs during this time.
