The Delta women's track team placed in the top three in eight events and scored 95.5 points to win the 19th annual Hotchkiss Invitational track and field meet Saturday.
Delta placed in the top four in all five relays, starting with a first-place time of 10:49.54 in the 3200-meter relay for Haylee Chamblin, Alexa Huff, Jessica Dexter and Beki Atchley.
In the 400m relay, Remi Baldwin, Damin Harrison, Marcy Schaal and Kaley St. Peter won silver with a time of 54.35; the all-sophomore 800m sprint medley team of Autumn Eddy, Harrison, Schaal and Tayler Huntley finished third.
Placing fourth was the 800m team of Harrison, Huntley, Schaal and St. Peter (1:54.63) and the 1600m team of Atchley, Tyler, Huff and Dexter (4:31.27).
In individual events, St. Peter won her second straight Hotchkiss long jump crown with a mark of 16 feet, 2.25 inches. Reagan Clay won her first gold of the season with a discus throw of 97-10 and won silver in the shot put with a throw of 31-10.5.
Baldwin's 100m hurdles time of 17.48 earned her a second-place finish and eight points for the team meet title race. Baldwin also placed third in 300m hurdles with a time of 50.69. Grace Hall finished fourth in the 3200m run with a time of 14:50.92.
Atchley placed fifth in the 400m dash with a time of 1:04.82. In the 800m run, Emma Corbasson placed fifth, Jessica Dexter sixth, and Hannah Sterns eighth. In the 200m dash Haylee Chamblin placed seventh.
