In an effort to increase efficiency and use of staff time, the Town of Paonia is moving to a three-day trash pick-up route schedule, effective Jan. 2. The routes are divided into three zones (see map). Those living in the zone between Box Elder and Delta avenues are most directly affected, as trash is currently picked up on Thursdays and will now be picked up on Fridays.

During the holidays, Paonia Town Hall will be closed Tuesday, Dec. 25, through Tuesday, Jan. 1. Bill payments can be placed in the secure drop box to the left of the Town Hall entrance. Building contractors requiring inspections during this time can contact Dan Reardon at 970-275-4937 or firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment.
Anyone living within town limits who has an emergency during this closure is asked to call Delta County Dispatch at 970-874-2015.

Monday, Dec. 24 -- normal schedule.
Wednesday, Dec. 26 -- Friday, Dec. 28 -- normal schedule.
Monday, Dec. 31 -- Normal schedule.
Wednesday, Jan. 2 -- Friday, Jan. 4 -- normal schedule.
