A loss to Roaring Fork's Rams on Oct. 20 was a hard fought loss in five sets, 20-25, 25-17, 25-20, 19-25 and 6-15.

After winning the second and third sets, the Bruins couldn't maintain the momentum in a 19-25 loss in set four.

Hannah Gilmore had 14 kills, Courtney Freeman had 13 and Hailey Henrie another 10 in the loss.

Mikayla Underwood scored on five aces with teammate Makayla McKinney serving another three.

Gilmore's presence at the net was felt as she blocked 14 shots to lead the Bruins in that category. Holly Jenkins added another six.

The digs leaders for the Bruins included Jade Gummo (24), Underwood (18), Freeman (14), Gilmore (12) and Henrie and McKinney with 11 digs each.

Cedaredge's leading assist producer was McKinney with 19 and Underwood with 13.

The Bruins defeated Moffat County on Oct. 22 in straight sets.
