There were 32 players who competed for the title of the Devil’s Thumb Men’s Club Championship on July 22. The top four winners both gross and net play were awarded prizes.

KC Carlson was this year’s top gross player to earn the number one ranking among fellow competitors. Carlson and Jason Johnson tied for the top spot with scores of 143 while Carlson won a playoff to earn the title. Kevin Davis and Josh Applegate tied for third place with rounds of 154. Davis had an extra bonus for the week as he recorded a hole-in-one on number seven on Sunday, July 19.

In net play, Jack Hannaman claimed the top prize with his score of 139. Greg Medill placed second with his score of 144 while Frank Walch finished third with a 144 and George Bock was fourth at 147.
