Games played in both the Recreational and Competitive Coed leagues had final tuneups for this week's championship games.

Of the six games played in Recreational Coed action there were three winner's bracket and three losers' bracket battles waged.

Early games played were in the winner's bracket where league champion Calhoun Outfitters battled a determined fourth seed, T.S.C. Warriors' team, down to the final inning before claiming 19-18 decision. The win advanced Calhoun's to the semifinal round in winner's bracket play where second-seeded Tim's Custom Countertops joined the top team after defeating number three Mobile Homeez, 7-6.

Calhoun's held the upper hand for most of the semifinal contest against Tim's Custom Countertops and eventually earned a final's berth by a 19-14 verdict.

After falling into the losers' bracket, Mobile Homeez won an 8-4 decision over Bad News Bears for one losers' bracket quarterfinal berth. T.S.C., by virtue of its 13-9 win over Brew-ins, joined the Homeez for another exciting one-run contest which ended 18-17 in favor of Homeez.

Monday night's losers' bracket semifinal matchup pitted number two Tim's Custom Countertops and number three Mobile Homeez against each other. The winner of this contest was Calhoun's opponent for the Recreational League tournament title.
